Executive Presence for Women – Sydney CBD

March 22, 2023 @ 10:00 am - 1:00 pm AEDT

Increase Credibility, Confidence, and Impact

The Ariel Group has been engaged by organisations around the world to support the development of a deep pipeline of female leaders at all levels. One of the ways we do this is to support women in enhancing their executive presence. If you are a woman wanting to claim your value and be heard in your organisation, this 3 hour skills based learning session will help you do just that.

Why Executive Presence?

  • Claim Your Value: Do you feel that they are not heard in the workplace? If so, there may be a need to enhance the communication and influence skills.
  • Lack of Confidence: You may feel that they lack the confidence to project a strong executive presence.
  • Unfamiliarity With the Skills: You may not be familiar with the subtleties of voice, body, and message congruence to effectively convey their message and make a positive impact.
  • Identify and Harness Your Unique Strengths: How to articulate the unique value you bring to your organisation or project.

Session Outcomes

Outcomes you can expect:

  • Demonstrate the behavioural signals of executive presence
  • Communicate the value you bring to the organisation, team or project in a clear and compelling personal brand statement
  • Build awareness of your strengths and areas for growth around Executive Presence

It will also provide you with the opportunity to connect and network with a room full of women focussed on harnessing their power and presence to shift gender dynamics in their workplace.
