Research by the Centre for Talent Innovation suggests that one of the many reasons women remain woefully underrepresented at the highest levels of leadership is because they “lack executive presence” or are “just not seen as leaders.” CTI research also finds that feedback around executive presence can be both confusing and contradictory, making it almost impossible to act on.

Using the power of storytelling to connect and influence in selling situations

This 3¾ hour session helps women leaders and high-potential individual contributors demonstrate the confidence that matches their expertise and intellect. 

You will learn how to master the subtleties of voice, body, and message congruence, and craft and deliver a polished, compelling personal brand statement of the unique value you bring to your organisation, team or project.

Georgia Bolton


Georgia brings diverse experience, energy, and passion to her role as an Ariel facilitator. She graduated with a psychology degree and started working as a drama teacher–and fell in love with it.

After a number of years running actor workshops, Georgia moved into the corporate environment as a coach, facilitator, trainer, and role-player.

Georgia’s corporate experience has been throughout Australia, New Zealand, Asia, and North America.

She loves seeing people stretch, grow, and develop within the safe and fun Ariel environment.

Shayne Francis


Shayne has worked extensively in the corporate and government sectors as a facilitator, actor, and performance coach for the past 15 years and has been a professional actor for more than 20.

She coaches behavioral strategies in presence, constructive communication, performance feedback, and the leader as coach.

She’s passionate about connection, and strives to have fun, put people at ease, and build trust.

She shares insights and observations with warmth and humor and coaches to build presence and confidence in a meaningful and lasting way.
