Bruce combines strategic thinking with practical execution. As General Manager of Value Group, he led the design and implementation of the Value Greenslips platform—a web-based quoting and sales system for NSW CTP Greenslips—which scaled from zero to over $3.3 million in monthly revenue in just over two years.
Having been a business owner, Bruce understands the realities leaders face in driving growth while managing complexity. His collaborative style and highly developed interpersonal skills enable him to quickly build trust and engage stakeholders at all levels.
